Interview
The interview process was really long, one of my interviews the interviewer did not show up for it and honestly they expect someone that is applying for an entry level job to be an expert in consulting. I feel like they test people on a consulting formula and not really access them as individuals. While the interviewers were not up to my expectations, the RH staff was really nice and helpful.

The interview schedule is very tight, consisting primarily of case interviews. Interviewers will ask about your background and experience as detailed in your resume and present case questions. The final round may require an in-person interview.

How you explain technical concept to people from non-tech background？
Straightforward, well structured & well explained. Long duration, with 5 30-ish minute interviews total spread out over the course of a couple of weeks. Great support, information on requirements/evaluations readily available.
Too long - too many rounds. Had to play a game first, then multiple rounds. No follow ups after I was rejected - I got ghosted.
Did not enjoy it - obviously this was a long while back and I was too young to notice but not a good behaviour. Truly no respect.
