I applied through an employee referral. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at McKinsey & Company (Saint Petersburg, FL) in Aug 2025
Interview
There were 3 interviews as a part of the hiring process. The first was on the phone with a recruiter, the second was a technical interview with a team lead then I had my final interview with someone from HR/operations. The first chat with the recruiter is really short maybe 15 minutes the second and third interviews were held in person at the local office and ran one after the other. I would say like an hour and a half.
