Process was much too repetitive. They said it would be 3 rounds...it was actually 6. First round was 30 minutes with the recruiter. Round 2 was an assessment that took an hour. Round 3 was 45 minutes with an EA Manager. After completing those 3 items, received an email that I had made it to the "final" round. That "round" consisted of 3 more interviews! Two on Teams and one in person (2 1/4 more hours). All-in-all, I spent over 4 hours interviewing. After the final interview, I waited over 3 weeks to receive a response. Please move to panel interviews. Most of the questions asked in each round were repeats from a previous round, just reworded.
