I applied online. I interviewed at McKinsey & Company in Oct 2025
Interview
Process was much too repetitive. They said it would be 3 rounds...it was actually 6. First round was 30 minutes with the recruiter. Round 2 was an assessment that took an hour. Round 3 was 45 minutes with an EA Manager. After completing those 3 items, received an email that I had made it to the "final" round. That "round" consisted of 3 more interviews! Two on Teams and one in person (2 1/4 more hours). All-in-all, I spent over 4 hours interviewing. After the final interview, I waited over 3 weeks to receive a response.
Please move to panel interviews. Most of the questions asked in each round were repeats from a previous round, just reworded.

Multiple round robin style Interview, took a few hours. You meet with different people and managers, they have a set of questions they each ask you thoughout your time there and there is a task to complete/test.
Applied online then they scheduled a first interview via zoom, then they sent an assessment session that had to be completed the same day and then they scheduled a final in person interview.
