Recruiter screen with a TMAY. Found out pushed forward immediately after the call ended. Recruiter was super helpful. 1st round consists of PEI and Case study. 15 minute PEI with lots of follow ups.

Walk me through your background and why you're a good fit for this role?
1. Recruiter phone screening: 30 min
2. Case study with analyst: 30 min
3. Case study + PEI w/ partners: 3 hours
- Heard back on passing a round or receiving an offer on the same day for all of these
- Cases were very similar to the ones on the McKinsey website and candidate portal. These are pretty much all you need to succeed
- PEI questions were almost exactly the ones in the email/role packet
- Recruiter was extremely helpful, everyone was friendly, and overall I felt that I was given everything I needed to succeed and enjoyed the process

3 rounds of business case studies - 1st round has 2 case interviews, then 3 interviews. It was overall an excellent experience especially the opportunities the firm gives to flex the muscle on first principles thinking.
