I applied online. I interviewed at McKinsey & Company (London, England) in Nov 2012
Interview
Two consecutive interviews, 1 hour each. Each interview started off with a personal experience question (30 min) and followed with a case interview (30 min). The personal experience questions are very detailed. They dig deep into the events to make sure they really understand what happened and what your actions were in the situation. The case interviews given were about the solar energy business and the automotive industry. Both were very interesting to solve.
