Applied through on campus recruiting from a top MBA program. Got a first round interview. Soon after, McK provided contacts to alum, 2nd years and recruiters and held a webinar to prep and case for the interview.
First round, I interviewed locally. 2x 45 min interviews. Standard PEI 15 min and 30 min case each. Nothing too difficult. Was given the same PEI question prompted in a different way.
Second round on site. 4x 60 min interviews with one hour break after the first. I was not given time for lunch and was mentally drained by the forth interview.
Hospitality has been great throughout the entire process. It was smooth and deserves all praise.
