Interview
I wrote and passed the Problem Solving Test. I was then selected for the 1st round of interviews. I had a coaching session with one of the analysts. On the day of the Interview, I was put through two interview sessions for the 1st round and each of them was an hour on average. First was a one on one live session, the other was also through video conferencing.

Interview
The interview schedule is very tight, consisting primarily of case interviews. Interviewers will ask about your background and experience as detailed in your resume and present case questions. The final round may require an in-person interview.

How you explain technical concept to people from non-tech background？
Straightforward, well structured & well explained. Long duration, with 5 30-ish minute interviews total spread out over the course of a couple of weeks. Great support, information on requirements/evaluations readily available.
Too long - too many rounds. Had to play a game first, then multiple rounds. No follow ups after I was rejected - I got ghosted.
Did not enjoy it - obviously this was a long while back and I was too young to notice but not a good behaviour. Truly no respect.
