First, candidates were pre-filtered by a on-campus writing test. It was straightforward. We only had to know how arithmetics should be applied in real life. Very usefull skill, by the way. On-site interviewing process was pretty standard: 3 interviews with 3 senior consultants one by one. Every interview tested soft skills and hard skills. Hard skills is usually my strong side but not in that case. I cracked all cases OK but messed up with the numbers. Nevertheless, my leadership stories satisfied my interlocutors and some of them were really impressed. After reject, I received a very valuable feedback from a consultant regarding my behavior on the interview. She advised me to apply a year later and it seemed like she really wanted me to do so.
