One quantitative/market sizing on the electric cars market and the other more qualitative on the market entry of a pharmaceutical company into Russia. Personal experience questions were on leadership, team working, extracurricular activities and social impact. Second round: 3 interviews: 3 cases: operations in a clothing retailer, marketing strategy for a photo printing company and management capabilities in a hardware factory. More personal questions on why consulting and McKinsey as well as a role play where I was a junior associate sent to a client without a partner and had to manage the client's expectations.
