Post MBA active recruiting from Mckinsey - Invited to apply to the test Easy test +. 2+ 4 interviews; first 2 interviews run by 2 EM (+/- 4 years in the firm) very structured interview with case interview section and behavior (past experience) section. If well prepared the difficulty level is medium to high. second round of 4 interviews with junior and senior partners. not so structured mix of case and behavior questions, targets the more natural parts of the interviewed.

1- what is the thing that you most regret on your professional life and why? 2- Particular case question about the expected profitability of a specific loan strategy on retail banking (still what is valuable is that you have a MECE approach to the case questions)

Two rounds (first round 2 associate interviews, second 3 partner interviews), 30 minutes of a personal story and 30 minutes of cases. The second round was much less rigid with some partners being much more structured and others being more loose.
