The logic is to keep the opening stages tight since those are more fixed in nature, and absorb the extra time in quant and qual where the interview naturally breathes more. If you're flying through quant, bank that time for a richer qualitative discussion.

Had a great experience with attentive interviewers. Very fast turnaround, very good feedback, and preparation. Some casing and some behavioural questions, and nothing out of the norm. Had a first round and a second round with different interviewers.
