Cultural fit questions. You sit with the HR recruiter, and she does a brief discussion on the company culture, and what they are looking for. She will then list out some opportunities in the company, and discuss benefits of each department, and where she thinks you will fit best. Once that is decided, you will sit with the business unit manager of that department, and discuss more technical details of the tasks.
