I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at McKinstry (Seattle, WA)

Interview

Pretty informal. I was way overdressed by wearing a tie. The interviewer was kind, and very curious about my HVAC knowledge. They were willing to train for the controls part, but wanted to make sure I understood how HVAC systems work.
