Found through LinkedIn - had a great connection and conversation with a Manager and a Sr. Recruiter. Initial conversations were very informal. 3rd interview met with potential peers, was asked over and over why I was interested in the company/job. The first couple of interviews were focused on the role, the company and how someone could make a difference. The last interview was all about the people I was meeting with, hearing about what made them special and answering standard interview questions. In that interview there was no personal connection and the experience was very uncomfortable and cold.
