Applied online, got a phone call right away asking to come in for an interview. Met for the interview, did a unit walk around, answered questions, then was sent over to talk to HR. Everyone is very nice, a good patient population, very old buildings. They love having new grads becuase they can shape and mold them into good practice. Very basic questions they asked me. I did not end up taking it because it is 50 mins from my home and they offer new grads a starting rate of $27.33 plus differentials if you work evenings or nights. It wouldn’t be worth the drive for me for that price.
