Had a phone interview with a representative, then 3 back to back virtual interviews a few months later. After interviewing, I was informed that they filled their summer 2023 cohort, and received an offer for summer 2024.

I heard back the next week from the recruiter that they would not be moving forward with the interview process

I applied online and was contacted for a phone interview. It was a standard personality interview. They told me about the company and what the position was about. We had a back and forth on email until we could decide on an interview time. They asked about my experiences listed on my resume as well.
