I applied through college or university. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at McMaster-Carr in Oct 2011
Interview
I sent in my resume in reply to a posting on my college's website. I was contacted immediately for an interview. The interview was with a recruiter for about 30-40 minutes. It was pretty standard where we went through every detail of my resume and she asked me to questions to get at my process for accomplishing X, Y, etc. I encourage you to remember everything you have done in past jobs--there were some things I didn't remember so be sure you do!

Made it past phone call screening and had a one-on-one chat with a current manager before final round of interviews. Each round was 45 minutes to an hour long and questions were difficult. Have lots of examples ready. Have different answers ready for similar questions.

Interview
The interview process was absolutely phenomenal from start to finish. I really appreciated that the discussions were fully behavioral, allowing me to naturally draw on my past experiences. Furthermore, the company truly goes out of its way to treat you like a VIP throughout the entire visit, covering a remarkably nice hotel stay and providing a generous stipend to ensure you are completely comfortable.

Interview
One behavioral interview with a recruiter and then a day-long onsite interview at the Elmhurst IL location. Superday has two behavioral interviews, walkarounds and more but feels like you're being observed everyday.
