I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at McMaster-Carr (Chicago, IL) in Jan 2018
Interview
The interview started with a tour of the office and warehouse. I was asked small questions on why I thought the company would choose to do things the way they did. Next, met with several experienced employees with varying backgrounds for ‘character’ interviews, and a couple basic test questions related to operational and company culture choices.

Interview
The interview process was absolutely phenomenal from start to finish. I really appreciated that the discussions were fully behavioral, allowing me to naturally draw on my past experiences. Furthermore, the company truly goes out of its way to treat you like a VIP throughout the entire visit, covering a remarkably nice hotel stay and providing a generous stipend to ensure you are completely comfortable.
