Interview
There was a phone interview and then an on-site interview at the office. The phone interview questions were typical, asking why did you apply to Mead and Hunt and what kinds of software have you used during your project experiences. The only behavioral question I can remember was about strengths.
During the on-site interview, I talked with two engineers. Throughout the conversation, we were connected to an HR person via Skype. The conversation with the two engineers was a mixture of probing about my previous work experience and some typical behavioral questions. The HR person would chime in every now and then and ask behavioral questions. At the end of the one-hour interview period I was asked about salary preference and how soon I can start.

Applied online, reached out within the week to set up an interview. The interview consisted of the most basic interview questions I had ever received. They were reading straight off a list, not much of a conversation. I interviewed with 2 engineers and an HR. I don't know if I got an offer but I was no longer interested after my interview.

Phone interview, fairly simple. I don't know much about the aviation industry, and they didn't provide much info on what the job would entail either. They essentially asked what I thought it would entail, then moved on. Clearly it was not the correct answer and when I followed up and asked they brushed me off.

Interviewed with two of the project engineers and one human resources representative who was there via skype. They just asked some questions to me and I answered them to the best of my ability.
