      Interview

I spoke on the phone with someone from HR and two members of the office I would be working in. Second interview was on-site where I met with two of my future managers. I felt very welcomed by everyone the second I walked in the door and overall had a great experience. Received an offer later in the week.

      Application

I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Mead and Hunt

      Interview

Firstly , I had a phone interview with the hiring manager and one of the Supervisors in the Engineering Department . The phone interview was good , they basically evaluate your personality by asking behavioral questions and mix up with basic questions from your resume , like questions related to your previous experiences and how they will help you to fit in the position . The interview lasted for 20 minutes After 3 weeks , I got call asking me to interview them personally in their Middleton , WI office . The personal interview was more intensive with basically the same questions but getting more deeper into behavioral questions . One should expect follow up questions here , the interview lasted for an hour .

      Question 1

Where do you see yourself in 5 years ? (Followed by where do yourself in 10 years )
