Interview
There are three interviewers, the HR staff and two other architectural principals. Most of the questions were asked by the HR staff and they were mostly basic questions that you can find in any interviews.
first round phone call interview, just some normal questions asked by HR. The total process goes within 20 min, and interviewee could ask them questions at the end of the interview.
