There is no interview. It's basically an orientation, they Manager will explain what the position entails, will go over the benefits and the positions, and offer you a job on the spot. If you're breathing they will hire you. They're 100 drivers short all the time. I wasn't asked one question. I should have been asked why are you wanting to work here, you are extremely over qualified. But they need people so bad they'll hire anyone.
