Interview
Applied through website. Got a call a couple weeks later. Had a phone screen interview shortly after with the manager and then came in the following week for a couple hours. No trick questions. Had a third interview that was shorter and more general. Received verbal offer and written offer came a week later. They were not too keen on negotiations but did come up a negligible amount.
Interview was straightforward, no major curve balls. I would say that the process really is different depending on the department you interview for. The teams and the styles can vary but the structure was easy to follow.

Interview
When you get interviewed at Medstar, you do not get any feedback. If they decide to not forward with you, they simply just never let you know. They also take forever to set up any interviews, and this is for internal positions. For externals, the process can take MONTHS. It's ridiculous.
