The interview involved meeting the pharmacy director and all the members of the clinical team, a tour, and an interview with the pharmacy director and other members of pharmacy leadership.

Questions were pretty general. Why MedStar, Strengths and weaknesses, how well you handle change, and experiences dealing with difficult team members.

Interview
I feel that the interview process was completely unprofessional. Firstly: I was taken back into the break area which is completely in the open and right across from another employee's desk, which is also very open-- this person was clearly listening to us the entire time. The questions were lacking in detail and were not questions that I was expecting to be asked in order to gauge my abilities as a pharmacist.
