I received a phone call from the recruiter close to (2) weeks after applying to the online job posting , this was the initial screening (phone interview) of coordinated questions that consisted of personality questions and HR experience. I did a great job answering the questions and outlining my experience. I was then told by the recruiter that she would forward my answers to the hiring manager and then if selected I would move on to the in-person interview. I did not receive any calls or emails during 7-10 day waiting period so I followed-up via email and was told by the recruiter that she had not yet received feedback on my application status but if she did she would be in touch. Safe to assume, the hiring manager pursued other candidates for the role.
