It was casual and management was friendly! I was super nervous but realized there wasn’t anything to be nervous about. I interviewed over Skype because of Covid precautions and the nurse recruiter assigned to me was awesome and helped me through the process quickly! Definitely impressed me.

Tell me about yourself and what you think you can bring to the team?
Applied online, had a quick phone interview. Met with the manager later that week and had a job offer two days later. I was interviewed by the manager and two RN’s. They were all very warm, it made the interview much easier.
The interview process was an initial HR screening, followed by an in-person interview with the hiring manager. I got the position on the spot, followed by an offer letter later that week.
