The HR rep seemed deceitful or unorganized. The job description for these jobs states the qualifications, which I qualified for, but the HR rep stated that those are incorrect, and that I'd need a higher degree than what the job posting listed to get that job title, and that if I wanted the job, they'd only hire me in at a lower title with a much lower pay rate (despite having what the job posting's qualifications called for). She then emailed me and told me the position was filled. A few weeks later, she called me asking for an interview because the manager had "found my resume and wanted to interview me" for the position that was supposedly already filled weeks ago. At this point, I did not feel comfortable continuing with the process or with this company because of the many inconsistencies and car-salesman like negotiating for lower salary on the part of the HR rep.
