One screen with HR and then brought on-site. Had interviews with 1, 2, 1, and 2 people. One of the two-person ones they had a list of behavioral questions they asked from, and the other two-person one was a case study. Then a facility tour to end the day. They’re a bit of a lean team and budget isn’t always easily adjustable, but it seems innate profitability isn’t a big pressure as the charter is about improving patient outcomes.
