The interview process was okay. I first had a screening interview with a recruiter. I was not told it was just a 15 minute screening phone call, so had planned for longer. I was asked to have a second interview with the hiring manager. That was scheduled as a 30 minute video call. It was a typical interview, but the 30 minute time felt rushed. He advised he would recommend me for hire (which seemed odd since I was told I was interviewing with the hiring manager). A few days later I got a call and received a verbal job offer. The recruiter had some technical difficulties, and eventually the written offer was received. I accepted it, completed ALL of the paperwork. I received the computer, and worked with a very well organized IT and onboarding team to get the computer and all of the applications set and ready to go. The Friday before my Monday start, I still did not have a detailed schedule for onboarding. Friday night (after 9pm) I got an email withdrawing the job offer. No explanation, nothing other than a very short email saying due to unforeseen circumstances the offer was withdrawn and that HR would circle back in February when the position opened again to see if I would be interested then. I then got a few more emails with the information for returning the computer, and an email asking me to enroll in benefits at Medallion. To say I am disappointed with the company does not begin to describe my frustration and disappointment.
