Got an email to do testing online, the next day got an email to attend the 3 panel interview, was 1hr and a half long finished by a 15 min computer test and they brought in the director of blue cross to meet me. A week later got the call..I got in!

There was one round of interviews in total. The interviewers were an HR, a leader and a department manager. Overall, the interviews were average in difficulty and there were no very difficult questions.

Interview
Meeting with HR recruiter followed by an assessment on the computer. I then had a video interview with managers followed by submission of references. Process was very professional and quick.
