Two part interview. First just a screening call with HR (Who was great!) followed by a more formal interview focused on how you would respond to certain situations and other things. Focused on the STAR (Situation, Task, Action, Result) There was a later panel interview, and they were quick to answer any questions I needed. Overall I had a great experience and if you are on the fence about the company don't wait and apply now/accept that offer!
