The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Medbridge (Seattle, WA)
Interview
I was contacted for a phone screen, I spoke to a manager who asked questions regarding my qualifications and experience and the type of position I was looking for. Next I had an in-person interview with a manager. I was asked a few questions regarding how I work with a team, what kinds of projects I enjoy, etc. and time was provided for me to ask any questions. I noticed the job was re-posted and the date they told me I would hear back passed. I took this as a sign they were not interested in me. I believe the next step would have been meeting with other employees.
The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Medbridge (Seattle, WA)
Interview
I was contacted by Liam Mooney about a design role on the Medbridge Production team. Set up a phone interview with Liam, went well. Was invited to interview interview in person, went well. Liam then sent a test project (first and only time someone has requested actual work during an application), went well. Invited in to meet with the other members of the team, went well.
Then a full month goes by with no communication from Liam, no response to my follow up emails, nothing.
Finally an email comes through with a request for a phone call where I was given I "verbal offer" for a full time position with the company. And then nothing. No follow up email, no response to my emails, complete communication cut off.
Medbridge shows a complete lack of respect to their employment applicants, and I would imagine this is an indication of how they treat their actual employees.
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Medbridge (Seattle, WA) in Nov 2014
Interview
I applied online with my resume and other information. About a week later, I received an email response asking some standard questions, such as those outlined below. After the email return, I was contacted to schedule a phone interview/screen, which happened a week after the email was returned. Phone interview took about half an hour going through standard questions with someone who was not on the team I would be working with. After that phone interview, I received a decision roughly a week later.
