Interview
At each stage, I received confirmation that I was moving on to the next stage. I appreciated that timely feedback! I enjoyed the opportunity to meet with many members of the MedBridge team, even people I would not work with every day. This gave me insight into the company culture and was a sign that they cared about me as a person, not just a skill set. I made sure to evaluate whether the role, company stage, and culture would be a good fit for me, just like I was evaluated on my fit for the team.
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Medbridge (Seattle, WA) in Jan 2017
Interview
After researching the company I applied online directly through MedBridge's website. I sent in several applications and was finally contacted by their HR team to set up a phone interview. After the initial 30 min interview I was asked to come in to their main office to meet with my direct supervisor and account management. That interview lasted approx. one hour. I was then given a series of exercises to complete and then I returned for a final 2.5 hour interview where I presented my solutions to the exercises to a panel. Overall I thought the interview process was organized and well designed. I can see how the presentation aspect might seem like overkill for a CSR role but it really allowed me to vet the company and vice versa. Everyone I met with was communicative and professional and I wouldn't hesitate to apply again.
