The interview process was broken down into three portions. The first one was with the recruiter(most likely over the phone) who is very nice and interactive. The next step includes 1 hour and 30 minutes with 2 separate individuals for 45 minutes each asking the same questions with no knowledge of what the role really entailed in detail which should’ve been a clear sign of not going forward with the 3rd. Nonetheless, after being offered the third round (which included a project to present) I still attended and it was very dry and not very welcoming. Overall, there were parts that were okay but it was clear most people are not in it for passion but just a job they found when the company first started and stayed.
