Thanks for the feedback and we agree that we missed the mark and apologize for that. We confirmed that this occurred with a temp recruiter that was assisting us with a surge in hiring, and isn't our standard practice. We also agree that our recruiters should be easy to contact, and I've confirmed that all of our recruiters include their phone number in their email signature block. Finally, we've updated the options for our main phone number, adding a new option to reach HR.
