A very long and somewhat disjointed interview process. While their Talent Acquisition team is excellent, it appears that they have little say in the overall direction of the interview/selection process. Clearly, there is lack of communication between the executive team and the TA group. And while the interview process makes little sense, it does give the candidate insight into the company and it's structure. Senior client representatives and executives mulling over this organization would be well advised to "tread lightly" and consider all of their options before accepting an offer here. Frustrations are apt to follow those that go forward, as trust and confidence by the senior executive will not be forthcoming.
