I originally learned of the role when the company reached out via a job posting site and requested that I apply. I did, then met with the internal talent acquisition person to learn more about the role. I then had 3 separate 1:1 interviews over the course of about 4 weeks. I had been told that those would be the only interviews, during the process and that they were looking to make a decision quickly. I reached out to my TA contact twice after the final interview and she never responded. I never heard from them again. They just completely ghosted me, which was not only insanely unprofessional, but also odd because I received fantastic feedback during the interviews.
