I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Medical Mutual (Brooklyn, OH) in Feb 2024
Interview
Applied online via the company website. Scheduled a phone screening which was on time and very personable. After phone screening I was told that a virtual interview with a supervisor would be scheduled and to look out for an email within the next week or so. I received that email to schedule the virtual interview within a few days. Virtual interview was a typical behavior based interview with scenario based questions such as "think of a time when x happened, how did you handle that?". Both phone screen and virtual interview personnel were very easy to talk to and answered all questions.

My interview took over two hours, which is a insane interview time considering the position you are applying for. They tell you that you have the job THEN make you take a drug test that you could fail due to medication outside your control.
