I was contacted via email to set up a time for a recruiter to call and speak to me. This wasn't an interview it was a screening. The recruiter was cold but straightforward. At this point availability was in a concern I was told when I could interview with the interviewers. She informed me that it would be on Google meetings and there will be two interviewers. Thanks for logging in was extremely easy. The interview started on time. The interviewers worked for the call center neither had worked for more than 6 years and they started off with no experience. Contrary to what I believe and researched I was not asked much about my actual experience but I was asked several questions about how I handled unexpected things. I was asked several semi-personal questions one even stated that she doesn't think I had time to work for them, even though I told her the opposite. Ultimately I do not feel as though the two women who interviewed me were professional nor were they thorough. They also looked very unkept The interview lasted a hour. The work hours, training hours, and job description were COMPLETELY OPPOSITE of what the screening recruiter explained to me, the interviewers knew of the bait and switch approach.; as of now I don't know if I got the position, if it is offered, I will decline. I hope this helps☺️
