Interview
Very professional approach to the hiring process. I was told to show up at a certain time which was respected by the HR staff at Medisca and the people I would meet were at the interview o both occassions where I met 4 different people. When I was told that I would hear back, the timeframe was respected which is rare these days.

Interview
first phone call from the recruiter, then they will ask to come for in person interview with the hr manager and hiring manager then one more interview with the director. Lastly back ground test. both hr and hiring manager were nice in the entire process.
The interview/hiring process is quite lengthy and very thorough, this shows how they value their employees and really try to find the best fit for the company and the position. There is an initial phone interview with HR and then a meeting with them if all goes well. This interview is quite detailed and they really get a gist of your background and what you hope to accomplish working for them. Moving onto the next round means you get to meet some of the managers. I found this interview to be more relaxed in the sense they really want to get to know you and see how you will fit with the team and where you would thrive more. It was less formal than the first meet and greet Q&A with HR. Then comes the waiting part where a psychological personnel test is done online and your references are checked. HR did a fine job of keeping me posted with my status on a weekly basis and everyone was great throughout the process even if it took almost 6 weeks to get an answer. They really weigh the pros and cons of each candidate I guess and see who would fit in best with the team and what they can offer. They seem to be a dynamic team and a great company overall, with lots to offer their employees.
