The interview process is long and very thorough, but always professional. It consisted of a phone interview, multiple video conference interviews, an online assessment type of test, and a final face to face interview.

Be able explain your previous skills and experience and how it will relate to the position which you are interviewing for. Do your homework and know the company and the basics of the niche it serves.

Interview
I only made it to the2nd interview. I was contacted first for a phone interview, was asked some basic questions nothing special. During the call I was scheduled for a face to face interview two week later. The 2nd interview was more thorough where I was asked about my most recent experience, the rest were basic entry level questions. I want to note that the hiring process is more than a month and was told it could take up to a two months. Three weeks later I received an email saying I was not selected for the next round.
