Here are a few examples: - do you know about Medisca and what we do? - do you know what a compounding pharmacists is? - they asked about previous job experience and why you left. - what did you learn in your previous positions? What did you like and dislike about working there? - asked about salary expectations. - asked about your strengths and weaknesses. - what would be the ideal type of position you would be looking for now? - what skills do you feel you have acquired that you could bring to Medisca? - tell me about a time you worked on a project that was not successful and what did you learn from it? - if you are dealing with multiple tasks at one time how do you organize yourself to ensure you meet all your deadlines? - can you think of a time when you came up with an idea to improve a process or operation and how did it go? - what types of people do you find you work best with? And people you don't work so well with? - professionally where do you see yourself 3 to 5 years from now?
