Interview process was lengthy but thorough. Phone interviews x2 followed by face to face interview x 2. The phone interviews where very to the point about skills, whereas the face to face delved more into my work experiences and my personality and skills, how I work, and what I'd bring to the company. I was able to also learn a lot about the company through this process. The process was a bit too lengthy for my liking, and I almost took another job in the meantime. Luckily I took a risk and declined the other position, and ended up with the company (Medisca) that I wanted. I started applying with this company before becoming pregnant, and by the time I was hired, I was 4 months pregnant. It would have been nice to get in faster and spend more time with them before taking leave. It also would have been nice to have one face to face with two separate interviews back to back rather than on two separate days a week apart.
