I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Medix in Jul 2011
Interview
Initial phone interview. Then a 1:1 interview with office leader. If that goes well, you get what they call a half day where you come observe what a normal day is like. During the half day you meet with different managers and co-workers. The whole time they are all evaluating you and your skills. After you wait for the call back with an offer. Depending on open spots and needs, this will determine how long until you hear back.

They ask the usual behavioral questions. Be prepared for these.
It was Multiple rounds with recruiter then the office manager and an onsite to meet more of the team. The interview process was very clear and easy they made it seamless.
Interviewers were standoffish and not very friendly. Interview process took a long time and didn’t hear back for a while once done. Overall it was an okay experience, wouldn’t recommend.
