I applied online. I interviewed at Medix (Nashville, TN) in Dec 2016
Interview
I applied online at the website. A recruiter contacted me via email requesting to schedule a time for a phone interview along with a brief description of the position and company. I emailed her back a time and date that worked best for me out of three times and dates she provided. She emailed me back a confirmation for our scheduled phone interview.
She called me the scheduled time of the interview and asked a series of question about my work history, my experience, why I was looking to leave my present employer and why I pursued a different category of recruiting than the one currently in. She gave work scenarios and asked me how I would handle them. She also explained the compensation package and the work culture and atmosphere.

I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Medix (Chicago, IL)
Interview
The interview process started with a phone screening and went well. However, they hiring recruiters that contacted me were not on the same page and provided mixed messaging. After going through multiple screenings and an in person interview, I was ghosted and not informed on an answer.

Question 1
They asked me about my education goals and how they directly aligned with the medical sales recruiter role
A long interview process but a lot of detail about the company. It was first a phone interview and then a final virtual interview. It was very extensive and each round took about an hour or so.
Everyone was very nice and asked great questions to have me share my stories, accomplishments and challenges. Got to interact with lots of different people and meet different leaders. There are a few rounds of interviews to go through
