I applied through college or university. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Medix
Interview
The process was so enjoyable! The interviews felt almost conversational. Overall, there were three rounds of interviews. First, was a phone screening, then a longer phone interview (about an hour), and then, finally, a virtual shadow interview (about 2.5 hours long). They really don't try to trick you with questions or anything, they just want to get a good idea of who you are and your relevant experience. Great people, great experience.

I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Medix (Chicago, IL)
Interview
The interview process started with a phone screening and went well. However, they hiring recruiters that contacted me were not on the same page and provided mixed messaging. After going through multiple screenings and an in person interview, I was ghosted and not informed on an answer.

A long interview process but a lot of detail about the company. It was first a phone interview and then a final virtual interview. It was very extensive and each round took about an hour or so.
