I had an initial screening with a very friendly woman from HR to get to know me as a person. I then spoke to a higher-up manager who transitioned me into speaking with the team. The process gave me a good look into what I would be doing in the position in general.

Very general questions. Most were about my personality, which is most important in a sales role.

Interview
It was great, the recruiter was there every step of the way and made sure I was given all the details before the different interview calls. While there were a few different calls ranging between 45mins-2hrs, it aided in gaining a comprehensive overview of what the role entails and who would be working alongside me.
