I applied through college or university. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Medix (Chicago, IL) in Jan 2015
Interview
I had a phone interview with the company and they invited me over for an interview at their office. First, I was given a tour of the office. Then I was interviewed by a manager for about twenty minutes. It mostly focused on my resume and my personality. After that I was taken to a recruiter who I shadowed for a while. I had an interview with an account manager who asked me more questions about my personality, personal experience, and my communications skills. The whole interview took about an hour. The staff that I meet at the office were very friendly to me throughout my interview. They got back to me about a week after my interview.

The interview process started with a phone screening and went well. However, they hiring recruiters that contacted me were not on the same page and provided mixed messaging. After going through multiple screenings and an in person interview, I was ghosted and not informed on an answer.

A long interview process but a lot of detail about the company. It was first a phone interview and then a final virtual interview. It was very extensive and each round took about an hour or so.
Everyone was very nice and asked great questions to have me share my stories, accomplishments and challenges. Got to interact with lots of different people and meet different leaders. There are a few rounds of interviews to go through
