Had a phone screen, then met virtually with the manager. Everyone was very nice and gave thoughtful answers to all my questions. The process was organized and efficient. This was for a remote role.

Honestly thought I killed the interview. I was told that I would be notified within a week if I were to be moving on. Never heard back from anyone. Enjoyed the conversation although I wouldn’t recommend applying here

Question 1
Tell me about yourself and previous work experiences
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at Medix in Mar 2024
Interview
1st round: phone
- around 30 minutes, pretty short and sweet, basic interview/screening questions
2nd round: phone
- around an hour and the call was with 2 people, similar interview questions as round 1,
3rd round: in-person
- 3-4 hours in-person (1 interview and the rest of the time was shadowing and meeting people in the office)
4th round: zoom
- debrief of my 3rd round, short and sweet
Phone screening (30 Mins) followed by a 60 Minute interview with two senior individuals in the field you are interviewing for (life sciences, tech, etc) with an in person interview at the end on site with C-suite staff.
