Medix /Recruiter interview questions

Lengthy and unprofessional are the two words that describe this process. Hiring manager lacked tact and the recruiter was difficult to communicate with. Furthermore, the interview process continued for over 4 weeks. To me, the management seemed weak and dishonest.

Met with Medix at a career fair at my University and emailed the person directly. First step was an 15ish minute phone interview with a corporate recruiter which basically a screen call. Next met with them in person for an interview with both Scientific Account Exec and Healthcare Account Exec at once. Very casual and pleasant as we went over my resume, they asked me questions about their six company values and we discussed my questions of the company and my goals. Next was a "shadow interview" where I sat with a recruiter and went over her day to day work and responsibilities for about an hour and then went into the branch manager's office for another hour interview. Again, it was friendly and went through very similar questions to the last in-person interview. Lastly, I took a 45 minute phone interview with the regional manager and again went through the same types of questions. He said he would discuss with the branch manager and get in touch with me within a week. I was surprised to not receive an offer.
